SALES MANAGER – RESIDENT GERMANY
Home Office Components – Fasteners sector
The Sales Manager will operate with full responsability for the German market and neighbor countries, ensuring Sales Management with direct presence and technical Sales support, strengthening the relationship with each Client Company as well as their differents entities (purchases, quality, technologies and production processes), including facilities in other country.
The activity is aimed at providing a qualified presence on site and, in native German, ensuring immediate resolution of specific problems and identification of possible improvements to the products, to ensure a high Customer Satisfaction.
It will be the responsibility of the Sales Resident Manager to identify and develop new opportunities of business in line with the needs and opportunities of the market, the policies and strategies of the company.
The role requires good culture and commercial technical experience, preferably linked to the sector and product Fasteners and their different applications, Automotive and other sectors.
The candidate we like to meet has an high level of Key Account and overall Management of an OEM clientele.
The ideal candidate has good relationship skills operating at all levels of the organisation and global vision combined with the ability to propose solutions building on going partnership.
He is an independent person with strong goal orientation, with attention to market changes and knowledge of the competition.
The role requires a native speaking knowledge of the German language and culture. Knowledge of English is a plus. Also even basic knowledge or interest for the Italian language is appreciated.
The Sales Manager will be working with a “Home Office” solution, he/she is already resident in Germany, ideally in Central-South area.
The position requires traveling when necessary in Europe and to the Italian mother company based in the Province of Milan.
