Our Client is a Multinational Company, Worldwide leader in the production of strategic components for a wide range of Customers, qualified Dealers and B2B Customers in the Automotive, Construction and Agricultural Industry, “On and Off highway” Mobile Equipment.

For the French Branch, situated in Lione, We are selecting the Area Manager for the North- West part of France and the Benelux Countries.

The selection will be managed with urgency

Senior Area Manager

North- West France & BENELUX Countries



Under the supervision of the Sales Director and supported by the European HQ based in Italy

He/She defines and implement the commercial strategies for the area. The goal of the position is to assure in-depth understanding and knowledge of the customer requirements and needs, systematic and valuable market development, expanding the market acquiring new clients while assuring Customer satisfaction and proactive management of all existing clients.

You will:

• Schedule and carry out all sales activities aimed at ensuring that the Sales target of your Area is reached.

• Maintain regular contacts with existing OEM accounts and research/develop new OEM accounts.

• Analyze the market and provide the company with feedback from the field on market trends, threats and opportunities.

• Prepare annual sales forecast for the assigned area.

• Replies to the inquiries of customers concerning technical and economical issues.

• prepares the offer with all the information needed; checks the orders before the registration

In addition to these functions, all activities related to the position of internal sales administrator have to be considered.



Technical high school diploma degree in Engineering is preferred

At least 4 years experience in Sales related to mechanical products are required.

You have a previous experience in team leading, working with commitment and goal orientation, with a good problem solving approach, you are aware of your strengths and can manage a good balance also in stressful situations.

Other than French you have a Good spoken and written English knowledge (C1 level)

Frequent travelling (short but frequent trips) are part of the job.

You have good computer knowledge and know how to use effectively advanced communication and it tools, a Digital culture is appreciated.
